This practice-oriented and interactive training is a two-day workshop. With keynote speeches, group work and case studies, a complete innovation cycle from the idea to the construction of prototypes, testing on the market and the pitch to management is carried out. Selected methods from Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Generation will be presented.
